1. What is the best way to visit China as a tourist?

2. Do I need a visa to visit China?
Yes. Please obtain your visa prior to departure from the embassy near you.
Although we’re not able to assist with this service, we are glad to provide sugguestion on visa types and an invitation letter for application to all ACT tour customers.
3. Do you have flexible transportation options?
Of course. We have flexible everything, from transportation to accommodation, activities , meals and more to suit your needs.
4. What if I don’t speak Chinese/Mandarin
Don’t worry. All our employees speak fluent English, some tour guides might be able to speak other foreign languages on rerquest.
5. Can ACT help with other arrangements while travelling in China?
Providing you are our tour customer, we will try our best to help you with other travel arrangements in China, including domestic flights, train and other transportation services, accommodations, special meals, shows, activities and even translation for local communications issues.
6. Is there internet access for non-Chinese residents while travelling in China?
You can easily purchase a SIM card at any mobile network service booths for 4G and 5G data and phone coverage. Most hotels, restaurants, cafes and shopping malls offer free Wifi access for customers. AmazingChinaTours travel guides will try our best to help you on internet access during your tour with us. Please be aware that Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Whatsapp and other non-Chinese social media aren’t accessible in China yet. Please discuss Plan B with us.
7. How does ACT manage emergencies?
We go great length to avoid emergencies while you traveling with us. But if they do happen, as a first point of contact in a non-life threatening emergency, please contact your ACT tour guide. While on the ground in China, remember the following numbers:
110 for police and 120 for an ambulance.
We encourage and help all travelers to obtain travel insurance prior to departure. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide all relevant contact numbers and tour details you need.
